Just besides the pool on the upper level of the Domaine des Andéols you will find La Maison des Saveurs, its privileged location will let you delight on one of the most unforgettable and authentic views in the domaine and in the region while enjoying your diner.
Daily our in house chef offers a classical main dish of Provence, like one of the most famous the Provencal Aioli on Friday, Lamb and on Saturday, whole fish on Wednesday among others.
As for the appetizers and desserts the chef gets inspired every day to work with a typical product of the region, products that may come from our in house vegetable garden or picked at the market in the morning. Using his creativity and « savoir faire » to create the most luscious dishes. One day it may be a mouth-watering tomato and burrata salad and another Eggplant pure with pistou, and other a fabulous strawberry tart, in any case you will be delighted.
