Below the Domaine you will find a majestic tree that has been adapted to create a unique ambiance for dining, Olivier Massart and his wife Patrizia Pilotti being in the business of creating dreams for the biggest names in luxury and fashion took this passion to build: Le Platane, a centenary tree transformed into restaurant ; having both a terrace built in the heart of the branches and a terrace covered fully by the shade of the tree, from where you have a beautiful view of the valleys between Olive trees, lavender and cypresses.
The menu is bound to take you on a tour of Provençal flavors, mixing the variety of products, herbs and spices of the region with the refined style of us in house chef.
Everyday according to what is picked up in the in house vegetable garden at the Domaine and the local markets the chef prepares a buffet of cold plates that are to be combined with the Grill of the day, according to the day there can be grilled fish, lamb, chicken or beef. Every day is different.
